Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - Tunbridge Wells, Kent (hybrid)
Leading Kent law firm with a well-established corporate and commercial team, are currently looking to recruit a junior lawyer into this team. The role will be to work predominantly on corporate transactional matters, M&A etc., but with some involvement in commercial work too. You will be working alongside two experienced corporate lawyers, providing lots of support and opportunities to learn from great people. This firm does not have the biggest of departments, yet they still deal with a high-quality client base and excellent quality work, including many high-value and complex transactions. The firm offers a friendly and inclusive culture, with lots of social and charitable events always happening. The office is impressive yet informal and welcoming. They also offer hybrid working and lots of flexibility, with fantastic prospects. Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who have solid corporate and M&A experience. Newly Qualifieds are welcome to apply, but you must have completed at least a 6-month corporate seat during your training contract.
