Are you an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor looking for an opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm? Our client, a respected firm based in Tunbridge Wells, is seeking a skilled solicitor to join their dynamic Corporate & Commercial team.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with expertise in both corporate and commercial law to take the next step in their career. You will be working on a broad range of transactional and non-transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. As part of a highly collaborative team, you will work closely with two partners, a senior associate, an associate, and two trainees. The firm offers a professional and supportive working environment, with flexibility for some remote working. Key Responsibilities: Handling a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including transactional work such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements. Providing expert legal advice to clients on a range of corporate and commercial issues. Managing your own caseload while also contributing to larger team projects. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate and commercial law. Strong technical knowledge and experience in transactional work, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive and client-focused approach. Experience in a similar role within a reputable firm. What’s On Offer?
