– A new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm. JOB REF: 7933
Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, commercial agreements, and a full range of corporate transactions. Assist senior solicitors on more complex transactions. Participate in business development initiatives.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 Years PQE as a Corporate Commercial Solicitor. Exceptional communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
