You will play a key role in developing a professional culture of Communications across the Council that utilises modern, professional approaches to communications and stakeholder engagement internally and externally. As a collaborative worker you will engage across Council services to ensure an integrated and consistent approach to marketing and communications activity. Your leadership style will enable your team to develop and implement innovative, integrated communications strategies and plans that supports the delivery of the Council's strategic priorities. In return you will be offered a salary of £48,474 - £51,515 per annum (plus 19% Employer pension contribution).
