Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interview requests. Filter and escalate information to relevant Corporate Communications Managers to assist response. Proactive Corporate Communications Support:
Draft press releases, briefing documents, Q&As, and social content as required. Support logistics for senior spokespeople media briefings and speaking events. Ensure central team messaging is kept up to date. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential issues. Work across wider external communications teams for support when required. Support in reactive and proactive corporate communications to continuously improve Vodafone’s reputation in the UK. Collaborate with colleagues in GA, SB, and Reg to ensure a unified approach to media responses that positively impacts the business. Ensure information is shared with relevant Corporate Communications colleagues for fast and efficient responses. Assist in team reporting to senior stakeholders within the business. Who you are Collaborative, can-do attitude to problem-solving. Comfortable working in a fast-paced media environment. Experience in a PR agency or in-house press office managing media inquiries.
