Corporate Development Analyst

Your Role:

As a

Corporate Development Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our M&A strategy. You will work closely with senior management, including the Group CEO, CFO, and Head of Strategy, to identify and assess growth opportunities and specific target companies.

What You'll Be Doing:

M&A Sourcing : Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insightful advice on potential targets, conducting market research and maintaining databases to inform strategic decisions. Deal Execution:

Assist in driving the M&A process, from due diligence through to deal closure, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders. Intelligence Gathering : Continuously collect competitor and market intelligence to support management with valuable insights. Project Involvement:

Participate in diverse internal projects, including valuations of hard-to-value assets and assisting with post-acquisition planning.

What You'll Bring: Proven experience in M&A, with a background in Investment Banking or Big 4 M&A. Expertise in company valuation and complex financial modelling. Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively prioritise your workload. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. A CFA or CA qualification is preferred.
