Corporate Development Lead – FinTech Hybrid working (Central London office / WFH) £130/150k + options + excellent benefits Talentedge are exclusively partnering with a hyper-growth FinTech on a newly created Head of Corporate Development opportunity. Partnering closely with two exceptional Founders as well as CFO, you will be the lead on devising the multi-year strategy, with a particular focus on inorganic growth. You’ll be fantastic for this role if you are seeking a highly commercial opportunity with daily access to C Suite conversations and interactions. Key responsibilities to include: Research trends in the market and competitor performance in order to make strategic recommendations and decisions Own the entire M&A process Develop and maintain relationships with analysts, investors and other external partners Own all outward facing communications, including investor presentations and reports Business partner cross-functionally, in particular with the PR team and wider finance function Profile: Background in Equity Research and M&A Financial services / FinTech exposure is advantageous however non-essential Mathematical and data driven in approach with strong financial modelling skills Effective communicator, comfortable working with teams across the business as well as external partners and investors Opportunities like this do not come around every day, so please get in touch ASAP!
