Supporting a rapidly growing professional advisory firm with a market leading corporate finance team in Scotland, we are looking to recruit a qualified accountant into their Aberdeen based team. Applications are sought from ambitious and driven individuals to fulfil the role of Corporate Finance Analyst, who will work within a professional and collaborative culture within a dynamic setting. Consideration will be given to driven individuals with a proven track record of achievement from newly qualified to three years post qualified, from a professional practice / corporate finance background. Candidates must have a proactive attitude and display superior communication and interpersonal skills. Strong Excel skills are required and previous experience in a transaction based role would be highly advantageous. Overview

Assisting in execution of M&A transactions Supporting on other deals related projects – ranging from strategic advisory through to financial due diligence as required; building a broad expertise across the spectrum of corporate finance Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials Gathering public information relating to companies and transactions through numerous sources Financial analyses and assessment of companies Generating models for company valuations Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for sell-side assignments / financings Building company forecast models Analysing company performance on an absolute and relative basis Producing and maintaining various databases Supporting clients through due diligence processes – managing data sites and information provision Working with the team to coordinate key aspects of transaction workstreams This represents an opportunity to join a young and disruptive corporate finance team, focused on providing flexible, value-add advisory services to its extensive client base.
