The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's growth through financial planning & analysis, financial modelling, and capital raising activities. As a Corporate Finance Analyst, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth. You'll be immersed in financial planning and analysis, developing budget input models and preparing comprehensive financial statements. Your analytical skills will be put to good use as you assess return performances for various capital projects and provide valuable insights through scenario analysis. Furthermore, your contribution will extend to assisting in capital raising activities, thereby playing a key role in shaping the company's financial future. Responsibilities:

Supporting the group’s budgeting and forecasting cycles Preparing and analysing financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to assess financial health and recommend improvements Working closely with operating companies to support their planning Developing high quality PowerPoint reports for the board Analysing scenario analysis to support upside/downside cases for the business Assessing returns performance for various capital projects Assisting in raising and refinancing the group’s debt and equity The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Corporate Finance Analyst role brings a wealth of experience and a strong skill set. With at least four years of relevant experience under your belt, you are well-versed in financial modelling and have an in-depth understanding of budgeting and forecasting. Your proficiency in MS Office applications complements your technical skills while your ability to manage stakeholder relations speaks volumes about your interpersonal prowess. Studying towards qualification in ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA would be advantageous. Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience Studying towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA qualification Hands-on experience with Financial Modelling In-depth knowledge of budgeting and forecasting Proficiency in MS Office applications Business modelling skills Planning, budgeting and forecasting expertise Stakeholder Relations Management skills The Company:
