Responsibilities: Day to day support on transaction activities working with various other teams, including Development, Financial Asset Management, Operations, Finance. Developing and maintaining good relationships with relevant level personnel at investment partners, brokers, lawyers, and deal counterparties. Ability to hit the ground running and get up to speed on transactions quickly.
Acquisition Support: Discuss key points identified by underwriting team. Set out programme with activity, milestones, and key workstreams. Support with Investment Committee process and approvals. Support with deal execution, board meetings, signing, etc.
Disposal Support: Set out programme with activity, milestones, and key workstreams. Project management of deal programme. Support in identifying sell-side broker (where required). Assist in preparation of marketing materials for sale process. Preparation of sell-side data room with due diligence materials. Liaison with sell-side advisors and broker (where applicable). Assist in negotiations with the Buyer on DD outcomes and deal points. Assist in SPA review and negotiation. Preparation of deal returns analysis Sources & Uses. Preparation of deal Sources & Uses. Support with investor and board approvals. Support with deal execution - board meetings, signing, etc. Set out programme with activity, milestones, and key workstreams, and project management thereof. Pre-assessment of long-term forecasts to establish likely/achievable financing quantum, debt serviceability, and financial covenants. Assist in discussions with existing and new potential lenders. Review of lender Heads of Terms (HOT) - benchmark and financial review. Support in negotiation of key financing deal points.
Qualifications: Please apply if you are a qualified CFA or ACA with relevant experience.
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + Hybrid working.
