The Corporate Finance and Working Capital Director will play a critical role in the strategic financial planning and execution within the technology industry. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of corporate finance and working capital.

Client Details Our client is a multinational organisation within the technology industry. They are a large organisation known for their commitment to innovation and their exceptional work culture.

Description Oversee and manage the company's corporate finance and working capital. Develop and execute financial strategies in line with the company's objectives. Lead financial planning and budgeting processes. Collaborate with executive leadership to make decisions on investment funding. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results. Establish and develop relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners. Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.

Profile A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA - 5 years PQE). Proven experience in a senior finance role within the technology industry. Strong knowledge of corporate finance and working capital management. Excellent strategic planning and financial analytical skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in financial software and databases. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
