We are looking to grow our team by recruiting a Corporate Finance Executive.

We are flexible on location around our Scottish offices, primarily Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.

This opportunity will offer the right candidate the opportunity to get real hands-on experience and exposure from early on in the role in both national and international corporate finance activities as well as offering a clear path to promotion.

The Corporate Finance Executive will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Preparation of financial information and analysis Production of reports, documents and presentations Company and industry sector research Regular client contact, managing relationships and keeping them up to date with progress on projects Financial due diligence reports Financial projections models in Excel Business planning and fundraising assignments Share valuation work Information memoranda and lead advisory assignments Support provided to department business development activities About You:

Previous Corporate Finance experience is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will ideally be CA qualified or equivalent with a level of understanding and experience of operating in a financial services environment.

In addition, they will be highly motivated, ambitious individuals keen to progress quickly towards taking on increased responsibility. They will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, sound numerical and analytical skills and possess a good level of IT competence with experience of Microsoft programmes. We encourage applications from candidates that have excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels as well as prioritise workload. Candidates must work well both as part of a team and directly with clients and be a leader of their work and professional learning.
