About You
Fully qualified accountant
Experience in Corporate Finance essential
Exposure to and experience in advising on a wide range of transactions
About your new role
Always
Client facing
Working on a variety of projects such as Mergers, Acquisitions, and Capital Investment
Often
Developing Financial Models and putting systems and processes in place
Assisting with other ad hoc projects in eg. Restructuring, fund raising
Occasionally
Training and developing a CF team
Identifying new opportunities for the firm and getting involved in bid and tendering process
