The Strategic Corporate Finance team provides powerful, insight-led strategies to ambitious organisations, supporting them through every stage of their business lifecycle. The team has significant cross-sector knowledge and provides advisory services including financial modelling and due diligence, growth through M&A, business owner exit strategies, and company valuations to name just a few. Corporate Finance Manager

you will ideally be based out of

Cambridge

or

Norwich

offices (although we will consider those based in London too) and will have ownership of the following tasks: Project managing M&A lead advisory jobs from proposal to completion stage. Leading client meetings and acting as their main point of contact throughout the transaction. Working closely with partners and overseeing the work of project teams on their behalf. Ensuring that high quality transaction documentation is prepared and requires minimal partner input. Developing junior team members and providing the necessary training to ensure optimum output. Undertaking business development activities and starting to grow your own network of intermediaries. What experience do I need? Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you: ACA qualified or CFA qualification (minimum criteria). Prior corporate finance experience in a practice environment (minimum criteria). Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Experience working with SME / owner-managed businesses and an understanding of the factors impacting their operations. Excellent attention to detail and takes responsibility for the accuracy and high quality of work. Strong stakeholder management skills including an ability to communicate complex information to a non-specialist audience. What's on offer?
