About the Company Deal Lite is a Company and Investor Intelligence platform that allows you to discover rapidly growing tech companies in the UK and the investors that are funding them. About the Opportunity We are passionate about understanding how founder equity changes with each round of investment. We have embarked on a project to showcase cap tables and are seeking regular engagement of a corporate finance volunteer to further understand all aspects related to founder equity and cap tables. Duration – 3 months – At least 2 hours per day – Part-time – Remote Activities/Roles Working with our CEO and the team, your volunteer role will include: Review our methodology of creating cap tables and interpretation of company house filings. Support the creation of cap tables for tech companies to provide more knowledge to our subscribers. Map cap tables as soon as their filings. Recommend changes to entered data to improve accuracy. Seek confirmations from companies where appropriate. Responsibilities Your role includes: Review our methodology of creating cap tables and interpretation of company house filings.
