Sharp Consultancy are proud to be representing a fantastic service providing business that is looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional to join their Corporate Accounting team. If you are an ambitious qualified accountant looking to make an impact in a dynamic, service providing business with a global market presence, then this is the role for you. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and producing financial reports, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards, and providing insightful financial analysis to support our global operations. The right candidate will play an integral position driving our financial strategy and contribute to our continued success. You will be responsible for: Ensuring timely and accurate statutory information is provided to external investors. Collaborating with other departments including tax, legal and group finance. Working with the treasury and FP&A team on debt reporting. Working closely with the treasury and tax team to ensure cash is effectively moved and reported on. Taking ownership of the group capital table and its impacts on future funding. Being responsible for the valuation, management and reporting to the companies' associates/investments. Working closely with the wider corporate team on future M&A and potential fundraising.
