Corporate & International/Transactions Tax Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager
Location: Birmingham/Manchester/Glasgow/Bristol/Nottingham/London The role:
Our Corporate & International and Transaction Taxes teams work across a broad range of clients in all sectors and on various projects. Due to the continued growth of the firm and our growing service line, we are looking for Assistant Managers, Managers, and Senior Managers to join us across our national offices. Regardless of your experience level, you will be supported by the team. Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Minimum of three years’ experience (Assistant Manager), four years’ experience (Manager), or six years’ experience (Senior Manager) in a tax role with exposure to corporate tax advisory projects, including corporate tax compliance, corporate and shareholder reorganisations, acquisition and sale structuring, tax due diligence, and demergers. CTA and/or ACA qualified (preferred but not essential). Experience of dealing directly with clients and intermediaries. Interest in the development of junior staff members, including new graduates. These roles are preferably full-time, but we will consider part-time/flexible working arrangements. Only those applicants who have a legal right to work in the UK and possess the relevant UK tax experience will be considered for these roles. Salary and benefits:
