Our Corporate & International and Transaction Taxes teams led by Guy Kendall and Ses Memhi, work across a broad range of clients in all sectors and on various projects. Due to the continued growth of the firm and our growing service line, we are looking for Assistant Managers, Managers and Senior Managers to join us across our national offices. We appreciate experience will vary depending on the grade you apply for, but regardless of this you will be supported by Guy, Ses and the wider Claritas team. However, we would be looking for someone with the following background and experience: Minimum of three years’ experience (Assistant Manager), four years’ experience (Manager) or six years’ experience (Senior Manager) in a tax role with a level of exposure to corporate tax advisory projects, including (but not limited to) corporate tax compliance, corporate and shareholder reorganisations, acquisition and sale structuring, tax due diligence, demergers. CTA and / or ACA qualified (preferred although not essential). Experience of dealing directly with clients and intermediaries. Interest in development of junior staff members including new graduates. We will consider ambitious Senior Associates, Assistant Managers and Managers looking for an exciting new opportunity to work within an ever-growing team that will support you to grow as an individual and develop your career. These roles are preferably full-time, but we will consider part-time / flexible working arrangements. Only those applicants who have a legal right to work in the UK and have an appropriate amount of practical relevant UK tax experience, as outlined above, will be considered for these roles.
