Make sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below. • The appointed Corporate Lawyer will join a team of experts who have established a well-deserved reputation for providing excellent technical advice and well as displaying exceptional commercial awareness. • The team act on behalf of a diverse and wide range of clients including multinational companies, international investors and entrepreneurs. • The Corporate Lawyer will have the flexibility to decide whether they specialise in a particular field or whether they undertake a more broad M & A caseload. • It is expected that the Corporate Solicitor will hit the ground running from the outset and take on a busy caseload, in addition to supporting other more junior members of the team. • The ideal Corporate Lawyer will have excellent academics and 5+ PQE in their existing firm. You will have ideally gained your experience within corporate law at another recognised law firm. • The Solicitor should have a wealth of knowledge in all areas of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements. • The Corporate Lawyer will be an expert at business development and committed to cross selling and supporting growth of other areas of the business. • The Corporate Lawyer will be expected to use their experience and expertise to help other members of the team reach their full potential.
