This award-winning law firm currently has a new vacancy for a lawyer to join its Corporate team. The firm operates on a hybrid working basis and the position can be held in either Inverness or Elgin (or surrounding areas). The team is one of the largest in the country and covers a variety of complex corporate transactions including commercial contracts, M&A, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. This is mainly a client-facing role, and the team is keen to speak with lawyers at the 1-6 years PQE, ideally with previous experience in corporate transactions.
