Due to continued growth, our client is expanding its Corporate Team in Cheltenham and now has an opening for a Corporate Lawyer NQ - 4 PQE level to join their respected team of Corporate Lawyers and work closely with Directors on a variety of commercial and corporate matters, including:
Share and Asset Sales/Purchases
Management Buy-outs
Company Restructuring
Shareholders and Joint Venture Agreements
Partnership and LLP Members Agreements
Client Meetings
Commercial Agreements
Our client is seeking a driven and commercially minded individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Teamwork is essential together with strong business development skills.
