Our client is in search of an experienced candidate with three to six years PQE with a proven track record of running their own case load. Ideally, our client would like for you to have experience in both corporate and commercial work with a keen interest to develop their commercial skills and practice. Key Responsibilities:

To have some knowledge and practical experience of employment law - in respect of preparing contracts and directors service agreements, as well as in relation to the TUPE regulations. Must be proficient in working independently and in handling their own varied case load. You will need to apportion your time effectively between fee-earning, marketing and business development, alongside supervising more junior members of the department. Need to be able to demonstrate that you have worked with clients on a broad range of commercial matters to include contracts, tender processes, franchise agreements, distribution agreements and e-commerce. Requirements:

LLB Degree, LPC OR SQE, QWE and admission to the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) of solicitors. 3-6 years PQE. Dedicated to providing excellent client service in line with our Service Pledge. Interested in promoting the firm's good name both internally and externally. Team player who will go the extra mile. Positive attitude and always look to lift spirits. Working hours:

Monday - Friday. Flexible hybrid working option. Benefits:
