Commercial law firm on the south coast in Southampton is looking to recruit two Corporate lawyers – one of 0 to 2 and the other of 3 or more years’ PQE. The team advises corporate clients on a local, regional and national basis, including a number of household brand names.
They work across a broad spectrum of corporate finance related matters, covering:
Sale and purchase of private companies and businesses
Equity investment (including leveraged arrangements)
Corporate restructures
Mergers and joint ventures
Shareholders’ agreements
Corporate governance
These roles offer the opportunity for immediate exposure to high quality work from day one and provide excellent opportunities for career progression. The ideal candidates will have gained experience in corporate work at either a leading local/regional practice or from a well-regarded regional city or London firm but looking for a new challenge on the South Coast.
You will assist the existing team by offering a high-quality client-focused service to the team’s clients and be willing to take an active role in marketing and business development.
Candidates should be commercially focused and pragmatic in their approach. The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service is also essential.
