35 hours per week Accountabilities

Corporate & Legal: Obtaining client due diligence information and documents, ensuring that due diligence materials remain up to date, and conduct regular risk reviews on client files. Preparation of annual returns and submissions. Incorporation of companies. Changing Company Details. Updating and maintaining company registers. Updating and maintaining beneficiary owner register. Drafting of minutes for companies and trusts. Supporting with the dissolution of companies. Supporting with the Re-domiciliation of companies. Responsible for the day-to-day company administration of an allocated portfolio of clients. Preparation of supporting minutes and certified documents for Bank account opening. Preparation of billing. Arranging signatures on agreements. Personal Specification

Skills:

Strong communication skills, both written and oral. IT literate – able to effectively utilise Microsoft office. Highly organised with attention to detail. Knowledge/Qualifications:

Legal, ICSA or STEP Qualifications. Experience:

Previous experience in a Company Secretarial department. Previous experience in providing a quality service to a variety of clients, and maintaining a client portfolio to a high standard will be an added advantage. Values:
