An international law firm is seeking an experienced paralegal with a background in contract negotiation, particularly in relation to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Candidates with experience in contract renegotiation due to new regulatory requirements will also be considered. This role offers the flexibility of fully remote working, with the option to work from the London office if preferred. The ideal candidate must have prior corporate experience, with a strong focus on navigating contract changes in response to new regulations. Strong academics, excellent attention to detail, and a high level of technical ability are essential.
