Our client is a small and successful law firm based in Cheltenham. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their busy and supportive Corporate team in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
The Corporate Department has grown throughout the recent years and has an excellent client base and network of professionals within the local area and beyond. This role will involve working on interesting and challenging corporate matters. Your day to day role will include:
Share Sales and Purchases Asset Sales and Purchases Management Buy-outs Company Re-structuring Shareholders Agreements Articles Joint Venture Agreements Partnership and LLP Members Agreements Attending Client Meetings Commercial Agreements Terms of Business, etc.
To be considered, you must have corporate paralegal experience.
