Your Responsibilities:
Handle a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures Demonstrate strong financial management skills and commercial awareness Engage in business development activities to contribute to the firm's growth
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 6 years PQE with relevant corporate experience Excellent communication skills Ability to manage and run your own caseload with minimal supervision
