The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. Experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate commercial experience is essential, and you will be able to lead from inception to completion in drafting and negotiating share & assets purchase agreements. You will be an active business developer in order to gain business and build your own caseload.
