As a Corporate Partner, you will be joining an experienced team whose skill set extends across various sectors and your caseload may include: Shareholder agreements Joint ventures Share sales Mergers and Acquisitions Shareholder disputes MBOs The successful candidate will ideally have an existing, high-quality portfolio and following of clients which you can use to form your own caseload and grow a successful team around you.
