Lead and manage corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and joint ventures. Support and grow the Scotland Corporate team alongside the lead Partner. Engage in business development activities, including networking and drafting sector-relevant content. Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Requirements:

Extensive experience in corporate law, with a strong track record in M&A and private equity. Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business development. Familiarity with the Scottish market, with existing business connections being advantageous.
