We are searching on behalf of a US law firm’s leading Corporate PE team which is making a further hire. They are keen to hire an EW trained and qualified Corporate lawyer with c3 to 6 years’ PQE in Private Equity transactions. A solid track record of transactional experience in the UK market is essential; specific deal sheet highlights should ideally include advising PE funds on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and capital raises as well as corporate M&A. The successful candidate will work on high value, complex global investment deals including leveraged buyouts, growth equity, recapitalisations, and liquidity transactions.
The team is led by highly engaging partners who will provide technical and professional guidance, invest in their associates’ career progression, and provide a supportive and rewarding environment.
