A leading international City firm, with a highly regarded, full-service corporate team, has a new opening for a junior corporate M&A associate, either due to qualify in February/March or recently qualified with up to 1 PQE. This role will involve working on significant private M&A deals, joint ventures, and other corporate work, advising blue chip, predominantly real estate sector clients in the UK and internationally (for example, in the hotels space). The partners are looking for a junior lawyer with a strong generalist corporate/M&A training in a comparable team, who has ideally already worked on one or two real estate sector M&A deals and who would like to focus on corporate transactions for clients in the real estate sector.
