THE ROLE
The firm has a new role for a Corporate Real Estate Solicitor 5+ PQE to join a fast-growing and successful City-based department.
As a member of a well-respected Corporate Real Estate team, you will be handling a high-profile client-facing workload. This will include:
The sale and purchase of companies, unit trusts, and other entities which own interests in real estate investments.
Advising businesses with extensive real estate interests, joint ventures, and co-investment arrangements.
Public and private fund raising.
The work will have a focus on the real estate, hotels, hospitality, and private wealth sectors.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will have:
Exceptional technical and leadership skills.
Client care and business development experience.
A solid background in the corporate real estate sector, ideally with experience in the hospitality and hotel sectors.
Candidates looking for a role offering career development prospects while working for a successful and ambitious team would be well suited.
