Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global, sector-focused law firm with over 700 lawyers working globally and specialising in key sectors including construction, aviation, shipping, insurance, commodities, and energy to recruit for a passionate Corporate Responsibility Manager to join their London office.
About the role
The Corporate Responsibility Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for driving our global Corporate Responsibility strategy across two main pillars: Communities (charity partnerships, volunteering, and pro bono) and Climate (sustainability in operations and value chain).
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing the firm’s global CR strategy
Managing key global projects including climate action and charity partnerships
Setting and measuring CR objectives and KPIs
Leading global CR campaigns and initiatives
Collaborating with senior leadership and business service heads
Managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders
Overseeing CR communications and reporting
Line managing CR team members in London and Singapore
Managing the CR budget and maintaining content across all platforms
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced corporate responsibility professional and ideally possess:
Minimum 5 years’ CR experience within professional services
Proven track record of delivering impactful CR initiatives
Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Advanced stakeholder management abilities
Strategic thinking with the ability to implement practical solutions
Experience in managing budgets and teams
Professional demeanor with high levels of discretion and diplomacy
