About you as Corporate Sales Manager
Excellent background in sales, ideally from hotel / hospitality environment
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Character, personality and charm in abundance
Attention to detail is key
Ability to work to deadlines and short lead times
Excellent communication and active listener to identify clients’ needs
Multi – tasker and team player
Be passionate and hungry for developing new business
Aim of the Corporate Sales Manager role
To be responsible for proactively driving the corporate market into The Mayfair Townhouse whilst maximising revenue in all areas of the business and working closely with the Iconic Luxury Hotels commercial team.
What you will be doing in the role
Proactively plan and execute sales activities, such as research, cold calling, site visits, client entertaining and roadshows to build relationships and drive business growth
Take full ownership of account management and sales within the corporate market, including transient business, groups and events, and TMC accounts
Managing the existing client base while anticipating their needs, identifying the right corporate clients, and cultivating a balanced business portfolio
Working with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Iconic commercial team to identify new market and sales opportunities
Continuously analyse the competitive set and local market landscape, using these insights to enhance and align our market positioning
Update Salesforce on all feedback and notes including follow up of leads, calls and appointments and keep well-maintained client records
Serve as a true ambassador for The Mayfair Townhouse, creating an exceptional and memorable experience that showcases London’s most remarkable townhouse in innovative ways, delivered with personality and flair.
