4 on 4 off - Days & Nights Job Requirements: SIA Licence required 5* Corporate Security, Concierge or Front of House experience for at least 1 year is an advantage Ex-forces would be an advantage Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends, and have the flexibility to change due to operational needs Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all times Must have an excellent command of the English language & Good IT skills Reliable, responsible, and punctual A friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing character To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence are desirable Duties: Able to demonstrate and deliver high-quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be proactive and think on your feet Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shifts Confident in writing incident and shift reports To always portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor, using open and appropriate body language To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing exceptional customer service at all times Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms Have the ability to write and reply to emails in the correct manner Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to all peer groups and management levels Able to understand Corporate Escalation Process, escalate and disseminate information in a timely manner during an emergency or incident on site The role includes conducting opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, and conducting emergency procedures To have a smart appearance befitting the company Be confident you are able to undertake 100% of all specific duties Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested Benefits: Health care plan (HSF) Perk Box (HSF) - discounts & offers from cinema tickets to days out Cycle to work scheme Tailed Site Uniform First-class training allowing you to develop your skills A view for career development Long service & Employee Recognition awards CIS Security has been providing manned guarding services since 1972 and has developed into one of the most effective and reliable security companies in England.
