Top 100 firm Exeter
New opening for a corporate lawyer at the Senior Associate level, looking for a new challenge with a Top 100 firm.
Based in offices in Exeter, you will be working with a tier 1 ranked corporate team nationally and be integral to building on past successes and enduring relationships to further develop the corporate team.
Your work will encompass the following areas:
M&A
Reorganisations
Venture capital
Cross-border transactions
Private equity investments
IPOs
Joint ventures
Restructuring
You'll have excellent communication skills and strong commercial acumen. Passionate about corporate work, you'll be ready for the next step up in your career and an opportunity with a growing team that is going from strength to strength.
The ideal candidate will have trained and practiced at a law firm of comparable size, whether regional or city-based, and should possess excellent organisational skills along with sound technical abilities.
