Your new firm This established international law firm is looking for a Corporate solicitor at the Senior Associate or Associate Director level to join their highly regarded top tier Corporate team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected and vibrant team with the prospect of a varied and interesting workload. You will have the opportunity to work on both national and international deals whilst all the time pursuing sector interests and within a supportive and collegiate environment.

Your new role This team provides the full spectrum of corporate services including private equity, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, fund formation, and financial services. The firm focuses on acting for clients within the key sectors of digital business, financial services, real estate & infrastructure, and energy & utilities. You will enjoy working with clients such as large quoted companies, privately owned businesses, banks, financial institutions, and institutional investors; in the last year the team has acted on over 60 deals with an aggregate value of over £2 billion.

What you will need to succeed Our client is keen to hear from candidates at the senior associate or associate director level. You will have gained a wide range of experience at a well-respected City or highly regarded national firm. What you'll get in return This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning law firm that offers exceptional career progression and development opportunities; it would be a particularly good role for those looking to move out of London to the South West. You will be working alongside a well-practiced team in a collaborative environment, as well as receiving a competitive salary and generous employee benefits.
