Overview: We are excited to partner with a prestigious Top 60 accountancy firm that is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Services Director to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a highly respected firm, offering the chance to shape the direction of the audit function and provide strategic guidance to a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management including training, mentoring, and developing team members. Review assignments and working papers, offering constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Manage a diverse client portfolio, including regular communication on engagement progress, challenges, financial updates, and other business matters. Actively participate in networking activities to promote business growth. Foster and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Take ownership of engagement profitability, including managing billings and collections. Assist partners with business development initiatives, including client tenders and proposals. Support team members and clients across multiple offices, with flexibility to work additional hours when required.

Requirements: Proven background in Audit. A full UK driving licence. Candidates should be qualified with ICAEW/ACCA or equivalent. A solid understanding of corporation tax would be advantageous. Experience with CCH accounts software or similar packages. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a team. Flexible and open to travel for audit assignments.
