Our client is seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE to join their driven and inclusive team. Responsibilities:
Manage corporate transactions (M&A, joint ventures, restructurings). Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements. Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance. Support M&A transactions, including due diligence and documentation. Collaborate across different practice areas and offices. Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in corporate law. Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent. Strong communication, negotiation, and technical skills. Commercial awareness and proactive problem-solving. Commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.
