About the Role The successful candidate will work on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, private equity, and corporate restructurings. With a team-oriented approach, the firm encourages its lawyers to develop their skills and network to build lasting client relationships.

The role is open to candidates with 1+ PQE, though applications from individuals with varying levels of experience are welcome.

Key Responsibilities Providing high-quality legal advice across a range of corporate matters. Managing financial performance, including accurate time recording, billing, and meeting targets. Identifying and driving business development opportunities to enhance client relationships. Staying up-to-date with technical expertise and legal developments. Contributing to the team's collaborative culture and embodying the firm's core values. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Relevant post-qualification experience in corporate law. Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach. The ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
