Corporate Solicitor - 2+ PQE TSR Legal are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded firm based in Cardiff, who are seeking an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join the renowned Corporate team, at a leading Top 100 UK law firm. Our client can offer the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, to a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, SMEs, and start-ups Key Responsibilities: Providing advice on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, private equity, and venture capital transactions. Offering legal support for corporate restructuring, business sales, and management buyouts. Conducting legal due diligence and preparing detailed due diligence reports for clients. Collaborating with other departments, such as commercial, litigation and employment, to deliver well-rounded, tailored solutions to clients. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 2+ PQE, in corporate law (open to candidates with other levels of PQE depending on experience). Proven experience in handling M&A transactions Strong technical knowledge of corporate law and regulatory compliance. Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize effectively under pressure. A commercial mindset and a proactive approach to client relationship management.
