Corporate Solicitor 3+ PQE - Bristol
Huge opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join this Top 50 law firm into their esteemed corporate team. This highly ranked corporate team are looking to welcome a corporate solicitor, of associate or senior associate level, to work on a high value, city quality level of corporate work. This large corporate team are part of a national offering who work closely with their international colleagues.
As the successful corporate solicitor, you will be working on the full spectrum of Corporate Services; including venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, fund formation and financial services. Clients include large companies, privately owned businesses, banks, financial institutions and private equity houses.
The quality of work you would be involved in here is exceptional, you'll be working with team members who have relocated from city firms in London into this team due to the desire to secure a real work life balance without sacrificing an impressive client base.
You will be a corporate solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE. You will be driven, ambitious and have a solid grounding of technical knowledge within the corporate sphere. You will be able to show experience with a reputable corporate team.
