ROLE Provide legal expertise on high-stakes mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and capital market transactions, ensuring clients receive sound and practical advice. Advise clients on corporate governance structures, compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, and support best practices to manage legal risk. Lead on structuring complex transactions, drafting key legal documents and overseeing the execution process, including finalising contractual terms. Work closely with global teams, coordinating on multi-jurisdictional projects that require knowledge of diverse regulatory frameworks and business practices. Build and nurture client relationships, identify legal and business solutions tailored to their needs and ensure client satisfaction through high-quality service. Stay updated on industry changes, new laws, and emerging trends to provide proactive advice, enabling clients to stay ahead in a competitive market. REQUIREMENTS 4 - 6 years of experience in corporate law, demonstrating a solid foundation in handling complex legal matters. Proven experience in managing mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and other significant corporate transactions. In-depth understanding of corporate governance, compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to various industries. Exceptional ability to analyse complex legal issues and draft precise, clear legal documents. Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex legal concepts to diverse audiences. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the flexibility to adapt to changing legal and business landscapes. A strong commitment to professional ethics and integrity, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.
