This is an opportunity to join a leading Birmingham team as an Associate specialising on Corporate and M&A work.
The team has a strong reputation for being one of Birmingham's leading Corporate teams and there is a gap and real opportunity for a laywer with at least 4 years' experience to join the team and work on top level Corporate work.
The team work on national deals and not just local deals. There is also a client base of private equity work and some PLC work.
This is a chance to propel your career in a leading Corporate team, working on a very busy caseload. You will work as part of the joined up national Corporate offering.
