in everything we do. The Opportunity: Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for drafting and a sharp eye for technical detail? We are seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Fee Earner to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in handling complex corporate transactions, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Play a key role in mergers and acquisitions, bringing experience in working alongside partners and senior solicitors on complex transactions, and, where suitable, taking the lead in managing transactions independently. Support asset purchase and sale transactions by drafting ancillary documents and facilitating progress throughout the deal lifecycle. Assist with business disposals by completing due diligence responses and preparing supporting documentation. Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence. Oversee the due diligence process for clients, including reviewing share purchase agreements, drafting disclosure letters, and preparing related documents. Handle both completion and post-completion matters. Engage in a broad range of corporate legal work, including drafting articles of association and shareholders’ agreements. What We’re Looking For: Strong technical drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proven experience in corporate and commercial law. Ability to interpret and apply complex legal principles to real-world scenarios. A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
