As a Corporate Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

Managing a varied caseload of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and governance. Advising on commercial contracts and terms of business. Supporting junior team members and enhancing team performance. Identifying opportunities to improve client experiences and team profitability. Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives. About You:

Qualified England and Wales Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. Experience in Corporate and/or Commercial. A problem-solving mindset. Integrity and professionalism. Sharp attention to detail.
