Corporate Solicitor - Cheltenham
We are looking for an experienced corporate solicitor to join a full service, commercial firm into their fantastic L500 listed corporate team. This award winning corporate team are looking for a corporate solicitor with atleast 2 years' PQE from a high calibre corporate team. This corporate team specialise in education sector work, where they have an enviable client base.
Based in Cheltenham, you will be joining a busy, growing corporate team where you will be able to develop and work through an excellent career progression framework.
You will be working on a range of corporate transactions to include M&A, restructuring, reorganisations, JV and advising on cross border tax issues. You can expect to get involved in lots of business development and be encouraged to supervise junior members of the corporate team.
The successful corporate solicitor will have gained atleast 2 years' PQE from a strong regional or national practice. If you have more or less experience, please still apply as our client can be flexible.
