The Role The successful candidate will: Manage a mixed caseload of corporate matters independently. Work closely with partners on complex, high-value transactions, taking on significant responsibilities. Mentor and support junior team members, including trainees and newly qualified solicitors. Build strong relationships with clients, focusing on their business and commercial goals. This role provides excellent opportunities for professional development, with mentorship from experienced partners and a clear path for career progression.
What the Firm is Looking For A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in corporate law. (PQE of 2-6 years is ideal, but flexibility will be considered.) A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. A passion for client success and the ability to think commercially. A team player who values mentorship and collaboration.
