Joining the successful team, you will be responsible for advising a range of clients in the UK and internationally across:
Mergers Acquisitions Shareholder agreements Investments Corporate restructures Secured lending Partnership agreements
The role has arisen due to expansion to further strengthen an already high-brow team. Applications are invited from corporate solicitors with at least 3 years PQE.
Hybrid and flexible working is available.
